Report or Export

Report or Export tables store information controlling reports or export of data. There are 3 tables related to Crystal reports and 3 tables related to export of production information.

The report tables are updated when an update occurs. Additional changes may be made through Design Manager or View and Print.

The export tables are maintained through the use of custom shell scripts created by PlantStar Panorama personnel when an export is requested.

Report tables include:
custom_report contains general report information.
custom_rept_criteria contains selection criteria information seen in View and Print.
custom_rept_sched contains parameters for reports scheduled through View and Print.

Export tables include:
export_file_fmt contains file format information.
export_ss_fld_fmt contains field format information for non-spc exports.
export_spc_fld_fmt contains field format information for spc exports.
export_ss_inc_base and export_ss_inc_dar contain production information from the last files exported using the incremental
export program (f2kexpi).
