Cp

Capability Index which indicates how well a process can do if it is centered midway between the defined specification limits. The index is the ratio of the specification range to the process capacity. In PlantStar Panorama, the CP is calculated only over the range of subgroups that are currently displayed on a window's graph.

Cp = (Upper Spec - Lower Spec) / (6 * Standard Deviation)
