| · | Click on the arrow to the left of the Report field. Select a report by moving the cursor down the list to the desired item and click. The report's description and filename appears.

| · | If you wish to edit the report's description or its name, go to step 3. If you wish to edit a report's fields, titles, or view the report definitions, go to step 4.

| · | Enter the new name or description. Click on the Save button. An informational message appears stating that reports definition file cannot be found. Click the OK button. This message appears only when the name or description of a report is being changed.

| · | Click on the Load button. The Load button opens up the Crystal Reports application. Edit any desired report definitions and save the changes within Crystal Reports.

| · | Upon returning to the Custom Reports Manager program, click on the Save button.
