| · | The words [New Report] appear in the Report field. Enter a name for the report. The name can be up to 30 characters in length.

| · | Tab to the Description field and enter a comment, if desired. A description can be up to 300 characters in length.

| · | Specify the report definitions file in the File field. This is the file that was created within Crystal Reports. The Browse button can be used to search for the exact filename.

| · | Once the filename is entered, click on the Save button. The custom report is now defined within the PlantStar Panorama database and is available to other Custom Reports users.
