actual setup time
The actual time it took to set up a job to run on a machine. Setup time is accumulated under a machine's down reason #2, which when selected at a DCM usually puts the machine into a down state. Actual setup time is displayed in terms of hours and minutes (hhh:mm) The range is 0:00 to 500:00.
