net parts counting
An alternate method of counting parts produced on a machine. Using this method, all parts produced are considered rejects and will be placed in reject reason #2. When a quantity of parts are known to be good then a signal is sent to move the net parts multiplier quantity of parts, as defined in the job parameters, from reject reason #2 to finished parts. Note that the terms "net pieces" and "Net Parts" are used interchangeably.
