net pieces
The number of good pieces that have been produced on a job. Net pieces is displayed in a variety of forms -- for an entire job, for a single shift, or totaled for all machines on a single shift. When net pieces is displayed for an entire job, the current, incomplete shift is included. The standard method for calculating net pieces is:Net Pieces = (Gross Pieces) - (Total Rejects)
