Abbreviation for Statistical Process Control. There are two levels of SPC support. The basic SPC option supports SPC collection by DCMs, Real-Time SPC alarms, and real-time SPC X-Bar and Range Charts. The extended SPC option supports advanced SPC capability studies, including normal, non-normal, and multi-variate analysis.
